Added more characters, and deadline has been extended
As said above, I've added more characters. Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihoin are there with lines of their own simply because they are two characters whom will be very prominent in Ichigo's character development and fighting abilities. Rukia Kuchiki will most likely also be getting this treatment, so hold off on auditions for her at the moment. Orihime, Rangiku, Toshiro, and Ikkaku however have been cast offsite. Everyone else is free game!

Initially born into a lower class, Rukia retains her modesty, even as an adopted member of the nobility. She is graceful and "clean", yet chooses to talk to ordinary people. However, her cool and lone demeanor often forces her to hide her personal troubles, even from her friends. Rukia is clueless about the ways of the modern Human World.She is very good at acting, having acted her way through a number of tough situations, such as getting out of trouble with school teachers and convincing the Kurosaki family to let her stay at their house. She has a tough exterior but has a soft gooey center that truly does care for those she holds dear. She likes to climb to high places and likes everything rabbit-themed,and becomes quite sensitive when someone insults her obsession with them. People often have difficulty understanding her drawings, which are typically rabbit-like, and doesn't like it when people complain about their quality. Within the series she is often both the voice of reason as well as the comic relief.
Voice wise..If you can hit a spot on Michelle Ruff impression then more power to ya, and you also get bonus points..But I am not expecting anyone to do so.. Match the way Rukia looks and acts and you should be golden.
As the deuteragonist of the series this role is absolutely needed in order for it to get off the ground .. Episode 1 is litreally just banter between Ichigo and Rukia as an example.

Kisuke is laid back and seemingly lazy. He has a great sense of humor and likes messing with people. Can be serious when needed. He is a scientifical and strategic genius as well as extremely powerful... but doesn't want others to know it unless absolutely necessary

Even when you try to protect someone, you're afraid of letting them die. What's necessary in a fight isn't fear. Nothing can be born from that. When you dodge, Don't let them cut you! Kisuke thinks very highly of himself and is being extremely dismissive in this line. You don't want anyone to know just how powerful you are. You'd much rather that be your little secret)

Yoruichi Shihoin is the former captain of Squad 2 of the Gotei 13, as well as the former commander of the Stealth Force. Her Having abandoned her command of both positions, she works with her best friend Kisuke Urahara at his candy store in The World of the Living..
Like Kisuke, Yoruichi is very laid back and seemingly lazy. She too has a great sense of humor but does know when to be serious and stern. She is the fastest person in the Bleach universe. Which has earned her the title of Goddess of Flash referring to the Shinigami teleportation technique known as Flash Step. In battle, she is quick to adapt and can be quite cold and ruthless when dominating an opponent.
