Kisuke Urahara is the former captain of Squad 12 as well as the founder and 1st President of The Department of Research and Development. He lives in the World of the Living where he owns a candy store which secretly sells Shinigami related items.
Kisuke is laid back and seemingly lazy. He has a great sense of humor and likes messing with people. Can be serious when needed. He is a scientifical and strategic genius as well as extremely powerful... but doesn't want others to know it unless absolutely necessary
