BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle Interactions Fandub

Project Overview

Hello everyone! Welcome to auditions for my BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle Fandub! Before you scroll down to audition, here are a few things you should know.


What is BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle?


BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle is a 2D fighting game released for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It features characters from BlazBlue, Persona, RWBY, Under Night In-Birth, and various other properties. Though this isn’t a review, it is a very fun game that you should definitely play, though you don’t need to play it in order to audition! Everyone except for Carmine (who will be played by me) is up for grabs.



Requirements


Before you audition, there are a few requirements that must be met:


1. You must have good mic quality. No major static or background noise.


2. Please submit 3 takes of a line, no more, no less.


3. You must have a Discord for me to get into contact with you.


4. You must have an email as an alternate form of private contact (also for you to submit lines to me if you get cast)


5. Though impressions are nice, I would like to see you stretch your acting abilities and bring your own spin to the character.


6. You may audition for as many characters as you’d like, but you can only be cast for a maximum of 2 characters.


7. Have fun with your audition!


8. If you’d like to be offered feedback on your audition, please list that you’d like feedback and your Discord.


What to expect if you get cast


There will be a schedule in place to make sure everything is recorded and released on time. We will be going in character order by game (starting with BlazBlue, then Persona, Under Night, and finally RWBY,).  This won’t be super intense, but I do expect lines to be submitted on time unless an extension is requested.

    Happy deadline day to you! Thank you to everyone who auditioned for this, I really didn’t expect 300+ quality auditions to come out of it. His voice should be tough sounding, though should have a calmer side to it as well.

Jin Kisaragi/Hakumen is a character from BlazBlue

Jin is similar to his brother, Ragna in terms of having a no sense attitude. However, he is much more pompous than his brother and more angry to boot. Hakumen is similar, though more virtuous than Jin.

Since Jin and Hakumen are the same person, they will have the same voice actor. The voice must capture their pompous nature, though must be able to go a little bonkers (especially in Jin’s interactions with his brother).

For this role, you are allowed to do only one take per character.

Akihiko’s voice should have a framework of a jock type character, but also have a humble side that bleeds through

Aegis is a robot, making her analytical and straightforward.
