Blade: Exiles of Midnight
Project Overview
In a world where the line between monster and man blurs in the moonlight, this gritty three-part Blade series delves into a dark underworld of monsters, mutant experiments, and ancient rivalries. Following a string of unexplained incidents, the Daywalker finds himself drawn into a conflict threatening the fragile balance between creatures of the night and the world of the living. At the center of it all stands Blade, armed with his blade and his curse.
A grounded horror-action series steeped in lore, betrayal, and the unseen monstrous world hiding beneath modern society.

(Referring to his sword) It was a gift from an old friend. Said it was made out of some of the strongest metals in the world. Silver, vibranium, titanium, adamantium, you name it. Can kill just about anything.
You might be onto something. I ran into a werewolf earlier tonight—wasn’t your average mutt.
We’re not here for the coffee though, are we, Elsa? What brings you back to the states?
Female | Late 20s-30s | Sharp, confident, slightly sardonic voice (English Accent!)
A monster hunter born into a legacy of violence. Voice should be assertive, clever, and emotionally guarded with the ability to go from teasing sarcasm to commanding authority. A British or transatlantic accent preferred but not required if the attitude’s right.

(Smiling) Trust you to pick a place like this, Eric. It’s got all the charm of a greasy spoon. Honestly, the lighting’s dreadful and I’d wager the coffee’s no better.
Things have been stirring across the pond, Eric. Nasty business. Creatures cropping up where they shouldn’t be,—more than usual.
(Mischievous/Proud) Breaking and entering? You sure know how to show a girl a good time.
Male | 50s-60s | Slightly eccentric, intelligent, callous voice
An unhinged scientist with little regard for life. Voice should be dry, smug, and prone to condescending others. Fearful of his Vampire allies, occasionally slipping into manic excitement when discussing his work.

You don't get it. Power like yours — it isn't a gift. It's a miracle. And you're wasting it. You will thank me when this is over, I’ll have turned you into a fine monster.
No, you’re not. That’s why you’re here. Your blood, your… mutation—it’s a marvel of nature. An affront to it, perhaps, but fascinating all the same.
Female | 20s-30s | Smooth, elegant, calculating voice
A vampiric noblewoman with an aristocratic air and dangerous undertones. Must convey superiority, hidden malice, and occasional sharp contempt. Speaks both seductively and unsettling in equal measure.

(Annoyed) Another one of your experiments escaped. Luckily enough for you, we were able to capture this one before he got too far.
(Grinning) If you have anything to say to Deacon, you can do it yourself.
No time. It’s the Daywalker, and it appears he’s brought a friend.

(Unperturbed) I could ask you the same thing. You are breaking into my home.
(Nods) Steven Strange, at your service. And you must be miss Bloodstone.
Ah, you’re the infamous Daywalker I've heard so much about. You have quite the reputation.

There’s a war coming, Doctor, and we need soldiers. These abominations of yours won’t cut it. When my master returns he expects an army.
-A luxury that we unfortunately cannot afford. You have all the resources and subjects you need at your disposal. I shall return in a few days time, if you haven’t created something useful by then I'm afraid our little deal will expire…

We appreciate your efforts Blade, you’ve done the Werewolf nation an immense favor.
Of course, It’s still all so hard to believe. An attack like this… In this day and age? We’ve moved past the old ways. A werewolf going savage like that... It's almost unheard of now.
Non-speaking role | Creature sounds and vocal effects
A towering, swampy, elemental monster. This role requires an actor or sound artist who can produce deep, guttural growls, heavy breathing, wet sloshing noises, and animalistic snarls. The sounds should convey both menace and a primal, misunderstood nature. Ability to create a wide range of organic, otherworldly creature noises is essential.
Note: No spoken dialogue—only expressive creature sounds that bring Man-Thing’s presence to life.
- androgynous
*Give some ranged sound effects to express different emotions regarding the character*
