Roman Welton is one of the antagonists of Black Magic, he is middle-aged and always exhausted. This project will take place in the 2000s when Roman was in his early twenties. He has a low monotone voice and believes he is above everyone else. In this specific scene, he is speaking to Chloe, whom he respects and treats as an equal, he sounds tired and reluctantly continues the conversation.
