Beyond the Veil
Project Overview
This is an upcoming 2D animation series with the style of Owl House, Princess and the Frog, and She-ra. The story follows Zulris and Nova, two beings of light created by the chaos of the cosmos. In the stir of all that chaos, the higher being, Datris, became tired of them questioning her real intentions, leading to hijinks ensuing and Zulris and Nova becoming powerless and banished to planet Earth. At least they THOUGHT they were powerless.
This is an unpaid passion project that’s been in the works for about 3 - 4 years and I’m finally ready to get it off the ground. This show centers around queer protagonists, different people of color and a diverse cast of magical characters that will keep things interesting!
For each position I do require a small portfolio if you have one. And if not, please send me a small snippet of what you can do.

Thinking about it now, Datris never really cared about me at all. All she cared about was having someone loyal by her side, which, OF COURSE I was. I was her dog and she had me on a leash. Now that she’s kicked us out and banished us here, my memory feels blocked. Clogged. Locked away. What if we unlock it in some way, shape, or form? She may have taken my powers and most of my memories but they couldn't be lost forever. And they might have the answer!
