Batman: The Adventures Continue - COMIC DUB
Project Overview
Hello all! I need a couple voice actors for the first episode of my Batman: The Adventures Continue comic dub! Stay tuned, as we move forward with the comic I will definitely need more actors to help me out (:
Here's a few guidelines (and some general info) to keep in mind as you audition:
1. Discord is not required, but it is preferred as it allows for me to contact you easily. If you do have a Discord, (or some other form of contact: email, etc.) please leave it in your audition description.
2. I am known to be a bit of a stickler when it comes to microphone quality, so XLR microphones are preferred, but not required to audition. Just keep in mind that your microphone quality will impact your chances of being cast in this project.
3. As you likely already noticed, this is a paid project. Actors will be paid as soon as lines are delivered via PayPal or Cashapp. Though please be open to line retakes if necessary.
4. If you're cast in the project, you'll have at least 2 weeks to deliver your lines.
5. Perhaps my most important guideline: have fun and be respectful of one another (:

Veronica is a past girlfriend of Bruce Wayne's, often seen attempting to rekindle their relationship at any opportunity. She's a charming character, and despite Bruce's constant rejections, she retains a relatively playful attitude about their situation.

Impressions are certainly not required, but this scene showcases her demeanor quite well (:

(Flirtatious, playful) "Why did we ever split up Bruce? I still can't figure it out. One day were a hot item, and the next, friends."
(attempting to convince Bruce that he needs to start a family) "You say that, but I know you're a family man at heart. You just adopted another boy didn't you? How many is this?"
(Meeting Lex Luthor) "Ah. The notorious mastermind of Metropolis. Your reputation precedes you."
Lex Luthor is Superman's arch-nemesis, and an occasional thorn in Batman's side. Despite this he is "friendly" with Bruce Wayne, unaware of his alter-ego.
Impressions aren't necessary, but I think Clancy Brown's take on the character could help with some inspiration (:

(Angry, but calm) "Of all the gin joints in the world... Why do you keep coming into mine, Batman?"
(In reference to Batman) "Scrubby little madman. Thinks he's so tough. Though he wasn't very effective last night, was he?"
