We are looking for:
Jill needs a new VA due to the old VA's inappropriate actions. Once cast, you will be given lines immediately. (EMERGENCY CASTING)
Since this is a long-term project and it's in ongoing development for chapter 1's demo, you have the option to be unpaid or go with the project's success/outcome plan.
Post-launch information (i.e. "Is this a paid project?") -
I am hoping to do a Kickstarter once Band Pride's demo launches. The estimate goal will be announced when the time comes.
To install the game when it releases, it will be buyable on Itch(.io). The price will be announced later. A Steam page will be published at a later date.
Voice line information:
The script has already been finished and formatted. It was finalized around 2023-2024. This game has gone through 3 drafts.
Information regarding instructions on character emotion and delivery will be given to the voice actor once they are cast.
Whenever you have any trouble with your lines or your audition, if you need further vocal coaching from me, you are more welcome to let me know!
When cast, you will be under NDA unless you first appear in future content or the next trailer when the demo launches.

Band Pride is an upcoming original story-plotted racing game regarding band instruments turned into GO-KARTS! Depending on which instrument you choose to play throughout the story, your main band-kart will be based on the instrument you play as you go through personalized upgrades. This game serves as an important and motivating message to stay confident in what you believe in, because it will always come back to you. No matter how long it takes to find your strength and take a stand against musical emotional destruction, you should always stay true to yourself and stand up for what you believe in.
Summary
You, Devereux Dempsey, start off as a homeless and starved adult who has lost everything. While being the only family member alive, he starts off brand new into a community band by gaining back interest to play a musical instrument from when he was in middle and high school bands just by not only a piece of paper, but a flier that is served to many other musicians to be encouraged on joining a band. Your band director, Ms. Lavender, first finds you and becomes worried sick about your current state, so you are encouraged to have the best life you will ever receive as not only the next big musician, but a motorist around the world. As time goes on, you will encounter section leaders and other friends that can guide you throughout the game, including assistance from your band director.

I am not so sure who to cast knowing more than half of you have really outstanding performances lol. Once you get in the private Discord server, you will be given further instructions if you end up getting the role.

Jill is the band's section leader for the clarinet section. She is known as the band caretaker due to encouraging Dev to keep going. She has a supportive and sweet personality toward others, including Dev.
