Avengers Infinity War Rewrite Part 4 - CLOSED-

Project Overview

This project is part 4 of an ongoing Marvel Cinematic Universe fan animation/comic that reimagines the events of the Infinity War movie.

Casting for this part will consist of roles for the characters of: Tony Stark (Iron Man), Peter Parker (Spider-man), Dr. Strange, Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, and Proxima Midnight. As this is not a paid project, you are NOT expected to reprise a role in future installments unless you are interested in doing so, just let me know.

If given the part, we expect the voice talent to adhere to the given deadline and to submit their audio files in either mp3 or wav format. We also expect each audio file quality to be clean without static or background noises. If you are unable to complete the lines by the deadline, we will continue to look to fulfill the role with another willing voice actor, so please be mindful of whether or not you can complete your lines before applying.

Thank you for your interest in the project!

  • Congratulations and Thank you, all.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to everyone who participated and dedicated time out of your day to audition for the project! Everyone brought a uniqueness and creativeness to the roles they read for, and it took me a couple of replays to make a decisive choice on who to cast. Congratulations to: CZapp, cast as Tony Stark, Thea Solone cast as Proxima Midnight, Pierce Luigi cast as Ebony Maw, Sunil Dip cast as Corvus Glaive, BeyondVO cast as Peter Parker, JayAechVA cast as Dr. Strange. Once again, thank you all. I will be getting in touch with you guys shortly! As to anyone else who didn't get the part, I have MANY projects in the works, so stay tuned for more chances to audition!

Tony Stark is a snarky, intelligent man played in the MCU by actor Robert Downey Jr. For this role, it is preferred that you match his vocal mannerisms. You, however, do not have to sound exactly like RDJ.

  • (surprised, caught off guard at the fact Peter has followed you onboard Maw's ship)

Kid?! What are you doing here?!

  • (Talking to Hulk, Stern)

I've just spent the last 15 minutes wandering around this place in stealth mode. I would appreciate it if you could keep your usual world-breaking antics down to a dull roar.

  • (Talking to Peter, worried for his safety, Stern)

No-look, YOU shouldn't be here at all. I already have to save the Wizard of Oz.. and now I have to look after you.

Role assigned to: Thea Solone

Proxima Midnight is, at times, soft spoken, but fierce and cold on the outside. She only has one line here.

  • (Ebony Maw has just disrespected her by talking down to her as if she's a child. She gets upset at this)

Do not proceed to think of yourself as superior, Maw

Role assigned to: Pierce Luigi

Ebony Maw is cold and calculating. His speech patterns reflect that of an intellectual stiff, usually monotone with a low register for the most part.

  • (giving a debrief on Corvus Glaive and Proxima Midnight's failure to get the job done)

Out of both parties, it is mine who's mission is closest to success. You two on the other hand let silly conceptual notions such as love and empathy lead you to failure.

(turns his back to them, his attention back to his computer)

Retrieve the mind stone. Nothing else matters.

  • (Ebony Maw is torturing Dr. Strange slowly while interrogating)

Your threshold for pain is indeed high. I'll give you that, sorcerer.. But everyone has their limits.

Corvus Glaive is assertive and direct. Quiet and strong. The voice style for this role is preferred to be lower but clear and intelligent. This role is also up for different interpretations.

  • (Ebony Maw has just talked down to him, so there's a bit of passive aggressiveness in tone in his reply, while maintaining professionalism)

We understand. We will not fail Thanos, but know this, Maw, We will succeed in our way, not yours. We will show you just how flawed your "logical thinking" is. We will be victorious in leading the universe to salvation. That is a guarantee.

Role assigned to: BeyondVO

For the role of Peter Parker, I'm looking for a young adult male voice. Doesn't have to sound like Tom Holland, but if you can, that's a bonus.

  • (Peter and Hulk walk up to an unsuspecting Stark who turns and is surprised to see them. Peter quickly stammers to explain)

Now, wait-look, before you get mad. (stammer) I just-i was trying to save-and then I got stuck here and-

(stammering will be cut off by Stark dialogue and doesn't have to make sense for most part. Just random phrases of justifying why he's there)

  • (Peter has just revealed to Stark that he went against his wishes and boarded Maw's ship. Stark is upset at this. Peter tries to justify)

Look, Mr. Stark. I can help. I know you think I'm just a kid, but I'm a kid that can "catch 3 thousand pounds going at 40 miles an hour" remember?

  • (Stark asks Peter to come up with a plan to save Dr Strange. Peter thinks for a bit, then says:)

Oh! have you ever seen this really old movie, Aliens?

For this role, we are looking for the speech patterns that he has in the movie, though it is open to interpretation as well.

  • (Maw taunts Strange about his threshold for pain while torturing him. Strange is a bit out of breath but finds it in him to reply)

    Pain is an old friend..

  • (Dr Strange and Stark argue about whether to go back to Earth or go fight Thanos. Strange is slightly annoyed but agrees.)

Fine, Stark. We do this your way for now, but know, if things get dire and it comes down to a choice of saving you, the kid, the monster, or the time stone, I will not hesitate to let them or you die. The stone is all that matters.
