Andrew Ryan is the founder of Rapture and owner of Ryan industries. He is a brilliant Russian scientist who fled  from his communist government, believing that the people who ruled were unworthy of being in charge. He called those who were of weaker class "parasites" due to the belief that they relied on the upper classes to sustain them. He then fled to America in pursuit of a government that could rule in his expectations. He was devout to this new country, until the State-Run Social programs of the 1930's tested his devotion. Ryan despised Socialism and Collectivism.  However, the final straw that made Ryan despise America's government was the atomic bombs on Hiroshima. It was the polar opposite and the antagonising force of his ideals. Ryan's philosophy was 'one could own what one earned'. To make this Philosophy come into the reality... He built Rapture to create a community where "The artist will not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by morality, where the great will not be constrained by the small."  His city was finished in 1948 with great prosperity. It was the paradise he dreamed of... Until he found himself in a Civil War that destroyed that paradise... With just the will of one man.

Andrew Ryan is one of the most important characters in "Attack on Rapture." He is one of the most powerful men in Rapture. Having his connections with the Jaeger family who were one of the ones who pioneered numerous science in Rapture. His relationships with the Ackermans has gotten him loyalty from their members, but also made numerous enemies with the forces of Fontaine and a few others. Being the powerful and inspirational ruler of Rapture, he has to sound firm and commanding when giving his speeches and orders. He is also a man who is almost always in thought. So sound philosophical and sophisticated when speaking and making a internal monologue. It helps to look up cutscenes and audio diaries on his character to find a voice for him.

  • (monologuing) "Dr. Jaeger is growing rather distraught. I admit putting the man through more than enough duties to deal with... I respect him for taking care of his family, especially the boy. However, his actions have been raising a considerable amount of suspicion between Dr. Steinman and Dr. Ral... Whenever Dr. Ral or Dr. Zoe are intertwined in a project of some unknown sort.... Fontaine, the parasitic lousewort, is always right behind them...And now... My own suspicions of the gentle doctor are also arising.. If he intends to disrupt the "Great Chain" that we built that the people of Rapture had sacrified for..I will be forced to have to deal with this... "Judas of Rapture" myself..."

(Announcing) "Good evening, my friends. I hope you are enjoying your New Years Eve celebration. It has been a "year of trials" for us all. Tonight! I wish to remind each of you that Rapture is YOUR city! It was YOUR strength of will that brought you here. And with that strength...! You SHALL rebuild. And so...Andrew Ryan offers you...A toast... To Rapture! Nineteen fifty-nine (1959)...May it be our finest year-"

(introducing) "I am Andrew Ryan, and I'm here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the poor'. 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'It belongs to everyone.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose...Rapture, a city where the artist would not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality, Where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with the sweat of your brow, Rapture can beome your city as well"

cast offsite

Sander Cohen is a poet, composer, sculptor, and playwright ruling over Fort Froli. Following the descent of Rapture into chaos, he went mad and became drastically impassive to the deaths and suffering of others. The Splicers within his dominion are subject entirely to hisw hims, whether in life or death. He and Levi has beeen involved in numerous shows that Sander would show to his audience back before Rapture fell. Levi served as his bodyguard, and even worked for him as a performer for his plays.

Cohen's voice has to be that of an "Artistic Madman." His attitude can switch on a dime. He can go from calm and welcoming to having random outbursts, becoming a full lunatic. However, his welcoming nature has a devious and sinister undertone to him. In short, this means that when he's in a "calm" mood, he acts very susiciously and his overall presence is...Creepy. Look at his audio diaries and his moments in the game of Bioshock and Bioshock Infiinite; Burial at Sea for reference.

  • "The artist has a duty to seduce the ear and delight the spirit. So say goodbye to those two blow-hards and hello, to an evening with Sander Cohen…"

"(Start off 'calm', then build up the intensity) The Wild Bunny...by Sander Cohen… I want to take the ears off- But I cant. I hop, and when I hop, I never get off the ground. Its my curse- My eternal curse. [sounding more annoyed] I want to take the ears off- But I cant! Its my curse! Its my FUCKING CURSE!! I WANT TO TAKE THE EARS OFF!!! [Desperate] PLEASE!!! TAKE THEM OFF!!! PLEASE!!!!"

(Starts off 'calm', then build up the intensity) "My, My...Mr Ackerman...It's been awhile...My dashing, damaged, knightley Siegfried of great pain and pity...Has it not? And you have brought the beautiful desire of my dreams... My Goddess, whose beauty topples over Aphrodite herself!! The missing color to my master piece!!! OH!! SUCH BEAUTY AND PAIN!!! MADNESS AND COLD COMPOSURE!!!
AAAAH~!! Such complexity you two make!!! A piece of magnificence I desire to be in my glaries of works!! To shine throughout the halls of Rapture!! I DESIRE YOU TWO TO DANCE, TO BE MY INSPIRATION!! I DESIRE THIS PIECE!!"

(Levi: down boy... Stop shitting yourself, you madman.)

Bertholdt Hoover/Fubar

Role assigned to: syphon

Bertholdt is the brains of the three main rebel leaders leading the revolution in Columbia. He serves as the head planner for the revolution and Vigor specialist for the army. He isn't much of a speaker and is rather shy and introverted, unlike Annie, and isn't much of a powerhouse compared to his close childhood friend. However, he makes up for it with strong his ability to teach his troops how to use their vigor abilities and the one who calms down Annie and Reiner when times are tough. However, he and Reiner are only following Annie and supporting her for one purpose only.... To get back to the place they came from.

Bertholdt is considerably quiet compared to both of his companions, speaking in a rather hushed tone. He's shy, but can be commanding when the time comes for it, or when sufficiently provoked. He's anxious, and tends to worry a lot, but in all he has a very kind presence, being a lot more approachable than Annie.

  • "[humble and alittle embarassed] O-Oh! Uhhh...No, I think you should be thanking reiner... He's the one who you should be thanking... I'm.... I'm just glad that you said that to me.."

(Inner monologuing) "I'm starting to think that those two are getting less sleep than me.. I don't blame them though... We're getting really close to home and we can't mess anything up... We've gotten this far, and the road has been littered in corpses in which we piled. All we need is the girl... And her brother. [sigh] I wish, we were able to save the ones we lost... And the ones we're about to lose."

"[Irritated but trying to keep calm] Alright! That's enough!! I'm sick of all this...! This...! Crap! That you people keep spewing out of your mouths! you haven't been in our position! We're not doing this because we want to! [choking on tears] Y-You think that I enjoyed this!? You think Reiner enjoyed this!? Did you seriously think that anybody enjoys doing this!!?"

Annie Leonheardt

Role assigned to: crystallisvox

Annie Leonhart is the commander of the three main rebel leaders leading the revolution in Columbia. Her cold, aggressive, commanding attitude struck fear into the hearts of those ruling Columbia. This attitude of hers allowed her to inspire follow those who wanted change... Even at the cost of bloodshed. She is one of many key figures that had helped with the oppressed in Columbia. However, as the story continues, there are hints to her character that make her something else than just a revolutionary hero. She has connections with something or someone that stretches on even further.... And apparently... Her mysterious connections are something to be feared. (For Bioshock fans, she's Daisy with a twist)

Annie is a powerful speaker and grade A tactician to boot, despite her youthful age. However, her voice is cold and somewhat stoic, like Mikasa, but does have somewhat of a commanding presence when giving a speech to hide her dark side. She also has a bit of a dark humor to her when chewing out others. This dark humor and attitude of hers gives her a rather foul mouth.

  • "(Intimidating) I hope that was a joke, 'Muffintop' because if there's anything that you're afraid of, it's the hell that I'm gonna unleash on your pretty pony-boy face if you don't know how to use that cocksucking mouth of yours for something that could help us out here."

(Inner Monologuing) "[sigh] This is great...Just fucking great... We're running out of time to get off this floating hellhole... The big boys aren't going to be happy about this, especially HIM. We need those two to trust us... Then, it'll lead us to her brother... After that... Maybe this hell we raised can finally come to an end... And I can go find my daddy again..."

(Giving a speech to her army) "[shouting] Alright! Listen up, Cocksuckers!! I'm gonna say this once and I ain't gonna repeat myself, because you decided to jerk off to my voice like the sorry, horny, shits over at Fink's!! We got a plan to punch those freaks right where it hurts! We take hold of the south side's weapons storage and the east side's vigor stoarge! When we hahve those, this fight will be ours!! Now!! Raise the revolution and give'em no mercy!!"

Reiner Braun

Role assigned to: type-0

Reiner Braun is the.... Muscle of the three main rebel leaders leading the revolution in Columbia. (You thought we were going to put 'brawn' in the bio weren't you? Well get used to it, it gets even better..... The writers and directors of this have no life, whatsoever.)

Anyway! Reiner grew up with Bertholdt in the slums of in the streets Columbia. In the streets, Reiner stayed strong to shield Bertholdt from most of the dangers of the prejudiced Columbia. He is a strong-willed and inspirational figure and uses his humor to help lift the mood of a bad situation. Like Connie, his humor is also used to hide the pain he is in. He is the weapons specialist, as well as the one who has a few Handymen at his disposal, due to having such a strong presence and inspirational personality. However, there is a dark secret that he holds on the side... "Back at home."

Reiner has a low range voice, he sounds extremely stern and comes off intimidating. Which he isn’t. At all. He is extremely approachable, yet can be intimidating when he wants/needs to be. His uses his humor in a means of entertainment, and to drown out how he’s feeling, and often thinks he’s smart with it....Which of course isn't the case.

  • [proud] “It’s weird to think that all these people look up to me…[chuckles] i didn’t really expect this attention. But then again, I’m part of the three leading the Vox...i guess i need to get used to this. The good and the bad attention…”

[Joking] “Well. What can I say? we bring different aspects to the team. Annie’s a natural leader. Bertholdt’s the brains, and I’m the brawn! [chuckles and awkward pause]...Oh come on! It wasnt that bad Bert!!”

[Inner Monologuing and reminiscing, contemplating] Whenever I  help out with things… I get Bertholdt dragged in with me. (Chuckle) How long has it been since that time when I knocked those assholes off Bert? (Pause) Oh yeah… It was also how I met Annie…. Huh… Annie ... It’s been so… So… (Sighs) I don’t know… “Ominous” ever since we started up that Godforsaken machine… And the twins… It’s been a nightmare… Or… is  this a dream? … I guess when the job is done… Fate gets to decide if this was one or the other.
