It's his job to get them back, but he sees it as too much of a bother to leave his spot, so he sends Allen to collect the for him. He is on bad terms with Cheshire Cat, stating that the sight of him makes him sick. He's the reason his ear is torn off.
He should have a very mature, intelligent sounding voice. There should be a hint of lazy and carelessness in his voice as well.
