Age of Sorrow - A D&D Campaign w/ cinematics
Project Overview
I run a D&D campaign for some of my best friends, and I love getting voice actors to perform a summary narration over an artwork montage and music when we hit big milestones in the story. The deadline is for my next big recap, so it'll get updated regularly!
Summary
The gods died a millennia ago. As faith dwindled and darkness encroached, few had the courage to stand against it, but stand they did. They fought back the crushing tides and found new magics, new reasons to fight. They made a new world out of the ruins of the old. Now, at the height of their achievement, the past rises to threaten all they have accomplished. The gods are coming back. Divine slivers, raw essence of divinity, seek worthy hosts. Nations go to war, Kings and Queens live and die, and heroes are born in pursuit of these slivers. For those who claim them are destined to ascend and form a new pantheon. One with the power to undo the hell of the last thousand years, or plunge the world into a new age of sorrow.
Currently looking for voice actors for the rulers of the two primary factions:
Queen Radia Dundragon - A regal dragonborn who believes the gods must return.
Emperor Drixos Amblecrown - A commoner who rallied the people and built an empire, he sees the gods as an obstruction to the true potential of all mortals.

Queen of the eastern factions, determined to bring about the rebirth of the gods and the restoration of the world. Educated, regal voice and enunciation, but tempered with compassion.

Emperor of the western lands, through ancient magics he has achieved immortality. Will stop the return of the gods at any cost. The world is doing just fine without them. Of common birth, but has read a huge quantity of books and spent his wealth on the finest teachers. Has a hint of anger in everything he says.
