Lethal the Buizel is one of the main cast members of Aezae's Tales, known for his booksmart personality. This is a child version of him that appears briefly in a flashback. I would like for this voice to believably sound like a younger version of the character, so here's a short preview of how his VA sounds, in case you want to get a feeling for his mannerisms:

"Lugia is a large Pokémon that resembles a dragon, a plesiosaur, and a bird. It is primarily a pale, silver-white, but it has blue undersides with uh... uhmm..."
(He's struggling to read due to his blurry vision.)
"Uggggh..."
*sigh*
"It's futile..."
"Oh, hi Mum, I'm just trying to read. I've been trying, but my vision is blurry, so I can't make out what's there. I really don't think it's worth it..."
Exactly what the name implies. We don't know much, if anything, about this character, besides that he and a Sceptile acquaintance appear to be spectating the battle between a titular character and his apparent doppelganger.
"I didn't invite you to come, so how did you get here?"
"Hmmm... I don't think there's much to see now."
"There's no way the one with the glasses could've survived that punch."

"That was quite fast, coming from a Buizel. That kind of raw power is unheard of in a species like them. This might be interesting to watch."
"Simple, I invited myself here after seeing your portal."
"Keres is not the type of guy who finishes it just like that. He enjoys playing with his victims. Keres intentionally failed his attack!"
