"A Breath of Dead Air" ANIMATED PILOT

Project Overview

In a mystical, distant universe a small colony of cats gather around a campfire as an elder tells their weekly "scary" stories before the children go to bed. This time the elder "Dagger" tells a story of how he lost his eye. Well he tries to tell it, however one of the children "Cinder" disrespectfully interupts him, causing Dagger to run off in a fit of rage. A Breath of Dead Air is a horror, mystery, and suspence story about when you have to manage the stress of capuring, killing, and surviving something that doesn't have a face, but can hear, sense, kill, and most importantly, see everything.

  • Pilot Update

    I've officially finished the new (MUCH BETTER) rough draft for the pilot. Unforntunitly that means even tho we still do plan to cast Burglar, she wont be in the actual episode (as of right now at least). Sorry, for the inconvience. Another thing is that I've started concept art to make it as close to my vision as possible. It shouldn't reveal that much so I might even post it as a teaser here later, who knows? She has a mid ranged voice. Sounding more like a tomboy than how a typical women would sound. She also gets annoyed very easily and typically leaves sarcastic remarks towards of cats.

Dagger is a 63 year old, dark purple grayish, and huge sized cat and the overall leader of the group. He really only has one friend that being Luci. He has a very low ranged voice. Sounding like a typical elder mentor. He helps people of out the kindness of his heart even tho he wont admit it, typically putting on a bored or even harsh tone of voice.

Luci is a larger and older member of the camp. She's a mother of two: Whiskers (17yr) and Luca (12yr). She herself is 40yr. She's almost always very calm, sweet, and often acts as the voice of reason within the group. She love's to paint and is always willing to teach others how. Also tends to be very empathetic towards anybody who is feeling down or unwell. However, despite all of this, she can and will get hostile very quikly. This mostly ever happens because of her boys acting foolish, and if danger is presented.
