Hey, I'm David!

I'm a bundle of assorted career, arts, and other life experiences available to write, record (spoken or sung), or produce content for and with people who want to get cool shit done.

• I graduated with a degree in Vocal Performance (Opera) and have performed live opera, musical theater, and other stage productions for 20+ years
  

• I've got about as long of a sales/marketing background working for OTHER people, and my VO journey (blurgh, apologies for the gross keyword) is about building my own business and working for myself to make cool stuff that people enjoy once I'm dead
  

• I will say the thing in social situations that is that awkward funny thing someone would say on TV because my brain thinks of jokes faster than it thinks about the consequences of my actions
  

• I'm a jack(ass) of all nerdisms, loving lots of different pop-culture, gaming, and creative things without having the deep crazy lore-knowledge many more specialized nerds might have
  

• I love listening to people's passionate rants about said topics above, as well as helping them enjoy those passions, which is why I've worked for lots of arts and culture non-profit orgs and helped create a large Comic-Con-like convention the last three years in the place I call home.

While I haven't dove into many audition opportunites on CCC yet (in VO I'm focusing on building my Commerical/Non-Broadcast business), I've really loved the community CCC and Closing Credits have offered as I keep building.
