I've been doing impersonations and characters since I heard Groucho Marx at 6 years of age, and realized, by 8, that I'd better come up with something less annoying. I was losing friends! Built my first radio station at age 12, and began working in radio by age 15. I've done sports, news, obituaries, interviews and weather, but I have the most fun doing various voices and impersonations. Some theater work and roleplaying has added to my characterizations, but I'm passionate about each recording, and try to let the characters come through.
I tend to price based upon the project, the number of lines, the characterization (and subsequent challenges of different voices), recording and production times involved. I've received compensation for projects close to 500 dollars, but will admit that I don't normally go looking for those. Money is nice, but none of us are made of the stuff. I'm fair, and open to working within budgets and financial constraints.
