About Penlin
Hi, I'm Penlin, I'm an aspiring voice actor, pngtuber on twitch and illustrator, though I dabble (play around with) animation with clipstudio.
Pricing
Deferred since I'm mostly applying for indie works so i know, budget will be a thing.
What Penlin is looking for
Raspy female, or androgenous voices. If u find my voice fits your male character I'll do that to. I've been told I sound male by others.
