Owen Trawick (They/Them) is a West Coast-based actor, voice-over artist, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.
The last four years saw Owen studying at the University of Miami, where they earned their BFA in Theatre Arts with a focus in Musical Theatre. With the help of the Jerry Herman Ring Theatre, Owen has completed performances ranging from Stephen Sondheim’s The Frogs in the UC Pool to David Shire and Richard Maltby Jr.’s Take Flight at the Perez Art Museum. The latter of which saw Trawick working directly under Maltby Jr. himself.
In between their studies at the University of Miami, Owen worked to build a career in music, recording and releasing two EPs under the project Everybody’s Worried About Owen. Since then, the project has amassed over 35 million streams and over 120k monthly listeners on Spotify alone— leading Trawick to play multiple successful cross-country tours and music festivals.
Post-graduation, Owen has funneled their artistic efforts into their music and love of voice acting, though they have never been known to turn down an opportunity to perform on the stage or screen.
Outside of performance, Trawick is a bona fide lover of all things fantasy and enjoys playing tabletop role-playing games with their friends as both a player and game master. Owen is also a long-time lover of Video Games, from League of Legends to Hearthstone, from Pokémon to Kid Icarus. Additionally, Owen has a passion for activism and is an outspoken supporter of progressive causes, and can often be found perusing zines at a punk flea market or something of that nature.
