Matthew Frias
I work full time in IT as a SolarWinds engineer, but I hope to someday be able to leverage my yearning for creativity to be my livelihood! I have a passion for voice acting, and have begun my journey in it to try and get a full time career with it.
My current signal chain setup is my XL Snap Studio Portable Recording Booth, Roswell Mini K87 mic and mic mount, Stedman pop filter, RØDE PSA1+ Professional Studio Arm, Forcusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Gen Interface, Audio-Technica ATH-M50XLAB Professional Studio Monitor Headphones, 2020 MacBook Pro 13” with 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, Logic Pro X.
I have a wide variety in tones and pitches to my voice, and can do many general accents (I will add demos soon!).
I will update the further on I get into this as it's more than just a passion project or hobby to me (though I do enjoy it)!
I try to stick as close to industry standard GVAA non-union rates as possible.

Actor Spotlight: Matthew Frias — Barnabus, the Shopkeep
Matt brought the same level of professionalism and adaptability to the role of Barnabus. I absolutely loved his take on the character and the way he delivered his lines. He understood the character I had in mind and brought his own personality and interpretation to the role, which really helped bring Barnabus to life.
Matt was easy to work with, took direction well, and consistently delivered his lines in a timely and professional manner.
I’m very grateful to have had Matt as part of Daggers & Treasures, and I’d absolutely recommend working with him! 🔥🎙️
