Matt
@koolkatmatChameleon-esque with comedic tones and characters galore!
My name is Matt! My background is in Improvisational Theatre, where I got started doing character voices. From mischievous garden gnomes and sassy nurses to 1940's street thugs and mad scientists, I love making my characters come alive! I graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a minor in Voiceover. My training included lessons in speaking technique, elocution, character creation and much more. For a time, I did gigs on Fiverr where I used my transatlantic accent to voice old timey radio programs, birthday greetings and even a PSA for the city of Fresno! I'm looking forward to making your acquaintance and creating some excellent work together!
Student of the Voiceover department from 2018 to graduation in 2022. Courses took include Voice and Articulation, Voice Acting for Animation, Oral Communication and Public Speaking. Winner of "Best Single VO Demo Cut ("Hello! I'm the Internet") as voted upon by peers in Voiceover Demo Production RADI 320-01 Fall 2020 at Columbia College Chicago. Studied under accomplished voice actors Brad Grusnick (Bioshock Infinite, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, God of War) and Deb Doetzer (The Owl House, Watch Dogs, Red Faction).
