Josh Shepherd does characters, creatures, and anything that requires committing hard to a bad idea. Natural voice is warm and conversational with a dry edge, which is useful for the guy who's too calm about the situation. Former journalist and marketer, so he can also do the straight narration when a project needs it, plus enough live-news trauma to stay interesting under pressure. Treated home studio, fast turnaround, and he shows up for pickups.
I’m open to a little bit of everything, but I’d especially love to get into animation and character work. With my journalism and tech background, I’m also well-suited for commercials, product videos, explainer content, and conversational reads that need to sound clear, human, and not like a hostage video.
I joined Casting Call Club to get more reps, meet creative people, and keep building toward steady voiceover work across both character and commercial projects.
