I'm building an independent animation studio called Black Swan Animation, and our first original project is an anime called THE GREAT SIN.

I'm starting this from the ground up, and I'm looking for people who genuinely love anime, animation, storytelling, and creating something original.

Right now, this is an unpaid passion project. I know not everyone is interested in working on something without a budget, and I completely understand that. I'm looking for people who want to experiment, collaborate, build something together, and potentially grow with the project as Black Swan Animation develops.

I'm looking for people interested in:

I'm open to combining traditional animation and AI-assisted techniques. The goal is to figure out the best way to use both while keeping the project visually consistent and creatively strong.

🔥 ABOUT THE GREAT SIN

The Great Sin takes place in a city divided between Crossroads, where ordinary people struggle to survive, and Highside, where the wealthy and powerful live.

The story follows Six, a young orphan who grew up in Crossroads. He's quiet, capable, and used to surviving in a place where violence and inequality are part of everyday life.

Six's life changes when he becomes connected to Ari Vale, a young woman from one of Highside's most powerful families.

Ari comes from a world completely different from Six's. Her family's business has a major connection to the distribution of supplies and medicine throughout Crossroads, creating a conflict between the two worlds.

As Six becomes involved in Ari's life, he starts seeing things happening around Crossroads that don't add up.

People are getting sick.

Powerful people are hiding information.

And something much bigger is happening underneath the conflict between Highside and Crossroads.

The story is about class, power, corruption, relationships, survival, mystery, and the choices people make when they're pushed to their limits.

And I don't want Six to simply start out as an unstoppable character.

I want his abilities, relationships, fighting, and growth to develop naturally throughout the story.

🦢 THE VISION

Black Swan Animation is meant to become more than just one project.

The Great Sin is the beginning.

I'm trying to build a creative team that can eventually create original anime and other animated projects together.

We're still figuring out exactly how we'll combine traditional animation, AI tools, editing, VFX, and other techniques.

That's why I'm looking for people who want to help figure it out with me.

There is no guaranteed pay right now.

This is currently a volunteer passion project while Black Swan Animation is getting started.

If unpaid work isn't for you, I completely understand.
