I am a high school/college student. I've always loved to draw, and animation is just drawing, but making your pictures move. Rise of a Wolf is the title for my all-new animated series. I have always loved to draw, and I usually only drew dogs. Recently, I decided to try animation. I fell in love with it. If I can make a career out of it, I will.
My series is about a young coming-of-age wolf named Willow. All her life, something has felt missing, probably because she has no memory of her real parents. She only knows what Hawk and Nova (her adopted caregivers) have told her. They found her bleeding out due to a head injury. One day, by chance, she meets a wolf like her, Lucas. Sparks fly. The only problem is that Lucas has a past of his own, but he hasn't been totally honest about it like Willow.
Danger is on the horizon. The Renegade wolves are getting closer and closer to Kingdom wolf territory. Not that any of this really affects Willow and Lucas, they belong to independent packs. Except secrets and lies start to surface. Especially when Hawk gives Willow away to his malicious brother, Shadow. Can these two canines find the truth before it is too late? You will also meet other essential characters such as Fang, Ginger, Amber, and Kody. Somehow, all these wolves are interconnected. DUN DUN DUN ;)
I have a whole vision of what this project could be! Since it's just me animating, production may be a little slow until I get some help. XD
I already have the scripts for the first 8 episodes written down. I need to type up the last 5. Episode 1 is almost fully animated.
I joined Casting Call to help become familiar with the VA community. Currently, I am working on an all-original animated series about wolves. I had friends who were willing to voice act for me, which I am immensely grateful for. The only problem was that I didn't have enough voice actors, and I didn't want to add unnecessary pressure to my friends to voice more than one character if they didn't want to. Luckily, I am quickly finding out how great CCC is!
