(I am SO LATE on this recommendation SORRY!!)  Michael played Dr. Doofensmirtz on a project for me, he turned in his lines fast, and his Doofensmirtz impression is wonderful :D 

Michael voices Percy in the upcoming pilot of The Seventh Sea (Dec. 24) and has given an incredibly distinct and varied performance. I knew Percy was going to be tough to cast, given his Scottish accent and energetic personality, but Michael really got right into the role and gave something better than I was even expecting.
