@froggington Young Adult Female Voice - Warm Emotional Conversational
| Fiction Writer and Researcher
Native English speaker, voice range: female, 18-50.
Just happy to be here :)! I've had the privilege of voicing a myriad of characters for animations and video games and truly miss the creative rush of passion projects. I have also narrated projects ranging from award-winning films and advertisements to audiobooks and YouTube videos. I'm an easygoing introvert but motivated and persistent. Having made my own passion projects, I understand the dedication and heart it takes to bring something you've obsessed over to fruition.
VOICE PROFILE
My natural voice is medium/medium-high with a generally neutral accent. I have a flexible vocal profile suitable for dynamic, emotional, and challenging roles. I loooove complex characters, but I'm grateful for any role, major or minor. I'm from a multicultural family and have experience interpreting and developing a variety of unique accents. That said, I'm most comfortable with Southern and stereotypical Californian, but I have experience improvising distinct or purposely vague accents. Usually cast for sweet, bold, or mystic characters.
EXTRA BACKGROUND
I started in 2017 (my first role was Sailor Mars for a fandub) and took a break around 2020 to pursue higher education and recover from illness. Having graduated and travelled around, I'm finally ready to return to the booth and help bring life to new characters!
Having been a filmmaker for several years, I also possess audio editing skills and am able to take direction and feedback well, always working to improve my abilities and techniques to better adapt my style to meet a project's specific needs.
In my free time, when I'm not shackled in the purgatory that is YouTube rabbit holes, I'm playing indie games or writing scripts.
Graduated magna cum laude and was in several honor societies. Trained under internationally acclaimed filmmakers. Directed, wrote, edited, designed, voiced, and produced my own award-winning works and helped on various projects, including shows streaming on Apple TV+ and Paramount+ in addition to ads for Google, Adidas, and Apple.
Just trying to shake the rust off and gain experience atm
I love passion projects! I'm primarily interested in voicing for fandubs, video games, audiobooks, or other original works. That said, I have extensive experience writing and directing and can help out with that as well. I also enjoy working on YouTube channels and other platforms!
