Mint is a great director. He's got all his cards in order and had a strategy before bringing in the crew, and he stays up-to-date with us on anything that should be shared. He's open-minded and lets us add creative freedom within the expectations he's set for us on an assignment, and is especially passionate about proper credit and compensation if available. Great guy!
