Liz (BPG) began as a less active member of my dub’s community, but didn’t make the cast list until about halfway through the project. When our leading lady had to drop the dub, Liz stepped into the role during those dire times and delivered like nothing I’ve heard before. The exponential growth of her abilities as a VA throughout such a short period of time is truly a marvel to watch. Between all of their auditions, coaching sessions, and smaller roles, I knew she was the one to take over. There is no sacrifice I need to make with her in my project, what with her elegant balance of talent, communication, punctuality, and professionalism. Casting Liz has been one of the single greatest decisions I’ve made as a director, and I have no doubt in my mind that it will be a strategic move on the part of any other director she works with in her radiant future.
