Alex Rajagopal

Hi there! My name is Alex Rajagopal, and I'm a voice actor who recently made the leap from eight years in corporate technology to pursuing voice acting full-time. Storytelling has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to continue growing in this industry while collaborating with passionate creators and bringing memorable characters to life.

Growing up, cartoons, Disney movies, books, and comics were some of my biggest safe havens. I spent countless hours reenacting scenes from shows like Total Drama Island and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, creating original voices for my toys and stuffed animals, and reading Calvin & Hobbes aloud while giving every character their own distinct personality. Over the years, I also discovered a love for impressions and character voices, and I've often been told that my impressions are remarkably accurate and that I have a warm, expressive voice that captures emotion naturally.

Since beginning my voice acting journey, I've had the opportunity to voice Stephanie and Andra in the Minecraft: Mob Talker series, Nancy Smiles in The Smiles Family Roblox Myth, and Evelyn Fernsby in Deer Teeth. I've also appeared as one of the lead actors in a pickleball short film and completed an eight-week voice acting workshop with voice actor and coach Austin Adams, where I gained valuable industry insight and performance feedback. I currently record from my home studio using a Blue Yeti microphone and am always looking for ways to improve both my acting and audio quality.

I'm especially passionate about animation, video games, visual novels, emotional storytelling, comedy, fantasy, slice-of-life, and projects with memorable characters. Whether you need someone energetic and quirky, heartfelt and sincere, or somewhere in between, I love diving into a character's personality and finding what makes them feel authentic.
