He should sound a bit shaky and a little cowardly for the first two lines. He could stutter at I'm..I'm sorry. I liked how you focused on the word midst, the tone you have found for the character, and the rage of the third line!

Hey Logan, been wondering about the role. Is there a way you can make him English? The Manuverian Empire is supposed to be shown as the stereotypical British bad guys.

He is the newly appointed king of Manuveria, who wants to take over the world but his intentions are being corrupted by The Dark One, the spirit in the world that has to be stopped when he is reborn every 100 years. He is easily upset, violent, and is cruel to his subjects. I'd like him to be English and to sound like the admirals from the original Star Wars trilogy. Make it your own though!
