Bill is an ally of Joselina (the main character) in James' route. He is a doctor and regularly helps patch up wounds from the cast. He's reserved and can be a little shy sometimes, but around people that he likes, he opens up and smiles. He's head over heels for Lana, but doesn't think he's good enough for her.

Bill should have a medium to high voice. He's mostly soft-spoken, and a little jumpy sometimes.
