I always imagined Muffet having a rather high pitched voice akin to Snow White but perhaps a lot more creepy rather and an eerie kind of cute. However, during this game it's all between monsters so I'd expect Muffet's usual intimidating nature to be diminished since she'd be more casual when playing this game amongst friends for a YouTube series. However, have her get easily steamed if someone like Mettaton gets on her nerves.
