This character should sound like the game does without much of a deviation from it. This voice is one of the easier voices to do for TF2 since he's one of the only relaxed and soft-spoken so he won't cause too much strain. If you're not familiar with the game he's from Texan and his voice reflects that.

Hey look, buddy, I'm an Engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like "What is beauty?", because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. Fr'instance....How am I going to stop some big mean mother hubbard from tearing me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer? I'd usually to use a gun, but seein' as how that ain't an option right now...I ran a few schematics and I think if you use a lightnin' spell that'll work too.
Now everyone hold yer horses. I may be new to this whole magic business, but I think I got an idea. Why don't we just hold the narrator sideways and smack his stupid face until he makes our character win! I'm only kiddin' though skeleton man...heh heh...but seriously though is this game rigged?
