Halfin are the small folk of this world. These Halfins are from Buri--a location inspired by New Zealand culture, basically a smattering of English and Maori halfling cultures. 

Voice: New Zealand accent, higher pitch than normal though not too exaggerated. Stern and unfriendly.

WARNING! This character will have to scream "Fire!" at one point.
