Character Description

Meet Mallow, the adorable little sculptor of Patches & Paint!

Made from soft, colorful modeling clay, Mallow is a creative and affectionate mascot who loves sculpting miniature animals, colorful flowers, and thoughtful handmade gifts for her friends.

When meeting someone new, Mallow tends to be quiet and reserved. She often speaks in a soft voice, hides behind familiar faces, and takes a little while to feel comfortable.

But don't let her shyness fool you!

Once Mallow gets to know someone, she's an entirely different little ball of happiness!

Around her closest friends, Mallow becomes bubbly, talkative, giggly, and surprisingly playful. She loves telling silly jokes, showing off her latest sculptures, and getting excited about creative projects.

Her favorite thing is surprising her friends with tiny handmade gifts.

Patches often helps Mallow feel comfortable around visitors and encourages her to share her creations.

Blottie is one of the few mascots who can convince Mallow to participate in ridiculous creative challenges.

And although Snippy frequently complains about clay fingerprints on his perfectly organized craft tables, Mallow knows he secretly loves the tiny sculptures she makes for him.

However, since the craft center mysteriously closed, something unusual has been happening.

Mallow sometimes discovers unfamiliar fingerprints pressed into her clay body.

Other times, her hands begin changing shape without her permission.

Even more frightening, she occasionally finds tiny sculptures of herself hidden around the building.

Each sculpture looks slightly different.

One appears frightened.

Another appears to be crying.

And one has a strange, unnatural smile that Mallow knows she never sculpted.

She tries to remain cheerful around her friends, but deep down, she's becoming terrified of losing control of her own shape.

Voice Description

We are searching for a voice actor who can portray Mallow as a sweet, youthful female mascot with two distinct sides to her personality.

When meeting new people, Mallow should sound soft, slightly hesitant, and a little nervous.

She may pause before speaking, quietly introduce herself, or let out a small embarrassed giggle.

However, when she's around her friends, her voice becomes noticeably brighter and more expressive.

She talks faster, laughs freely, gets excited about her creations, and sometimes becomes so enthusiastic that she forgets she was ever shy!

Her bubbly personality should feel natural rather than overly loud or exaggerated.

As the game's horror storyline develops, the actor should also be capable of portraying fear, vulnerability, confusion, and moments of unexpected bravery.

Her defining personality trait is the contrast between her initial shyness and her bubbly, playful behavior around people she trusts.

Her close friendships with Patches, Blottie, and Snippy help bring out her more outgoing side.

Mallow's personal horror storyline revolves around her fear of losing control over her clay body and no longer recognizing herself.

We want her voice to feel genuine, adorable, and emotionally expressive while still allowing for serious moments as the story becomes darker.
