Lead animator

We're looking for a collaborative, creative lead animator to help bring B:THAW's anime-inspired visual style to life! You'll help establish the animation workflow, guide visual consistency, coordinate animation tasks, and work with the creator to bring storyboards into motion. Experience with 2D animation is helpful, but enthusiasm, communication, and a willingness to collaborate are just as important. This is a volunteer role, and the workload will be discussed together
