Every talker must be able to read out loud. So it is, and so it goes.

Line 1; Introduce yourself, then read. Just be natural, your own speaking voice unencumbered by modulation.

Line 2; Be as silly or as serious as you desire, do as many takes as you want and using as many of the words as your want.

Line 3; A simple nursery rhyme line, do this line as many times you desire, each time a different voice. It can be a known character, your own character, an accent, or gibberish.

The sides they read from:
  • [Introduce yourself in whatever manner you see fit] - [Then;] "As long as there is injustice, whenever a Targathian baby cries out, wherever a distress signal sounds among the stars... We'll be there. This fine ship, and this fine crew... Never give up! Never surrender!"

  • I’ve always said, if a thing is worth doing, it’s worth doing badly at least once, if only to establish a baseline. People forget that. They see a man fall down a flight of stairs and they laugh, but let that same man fall down the same flight of stairs twice, and suddenly everyone’s concerned about his decision-making.

  • (You can do any nursery rhyme but here's one;) Little Miss Muffet sat on her tuffet, eating her curds and whey. Along came a spider, who sat down beside her, and frightened Miss Muffet away.
