Voice Actor
Shadow the Hedgehog as a character needs little introduction; he's one of the most recognizable figures in the series.
For this project, we’re looking for a voice that aligns closely with Kirk Thornton’s portrayal, as he has been the primary English voice of Shadow in the games since 2010 . However, performances similar to Ian Hanlin’s interpretation in Sonic Prime are also a strong reference point, as they capture a slightly different but still faithful take on the character .
Overall, the goal is a performance that reflects Shadow’s core traits: calm, serious, and emotionally grounded while staying consistent with his portrayal in the modern games and extended media.
"If the world chooses to become my enemy, I will fight like I always have"
"Where's that damn fourth Chaos Emerald?"
"I am Shadow the Hedgehog. I've left the past behind me. No one can tell me what to do now!"
