Role Overview: Assist us in writing the story-heavy script.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft character dialogue, main storyline beats, and scene interactions.

  • Collaborate closely with the lead directors to maintain tone, plot consistency, and character motivation.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and script revisions.

Requirements:

  • Maturity & Comfort with Heavy Themes: Must be completely comfortable writing and discussing serious, mature topics (e.g., substance abuse, traumatic pasts/themes, stalking, heavy swearing/strong language).

  • LGBTQ+ Friendly: Must be fully comfortable writing, handling, and developing LGBTQ+ characters, themes, and relationships authentically and respectfully.

  • Strong mastery of narrative pacing, dialogue formatting, and character voice.

Audition Requirement: Please attach a writing sample (1–3 pages or a link to a script/prose document) that demonstrates your ability to write compelling dialogue, tone management, or character interaction.
