Jean-Philippe is the much-ridiculed prince of Casablanc, a small nation founded in the wilds of Canada after the French Revolution. He tends to talk over others and is generally seen as an annoyance due to his smug attitude. Despite his flamboyant and boisterous nature he gets flustered easily when his authority is challenged. He is a comedic character with an exaggerated and thick French accent, and has a slightly rich baritone voice

(Rushing off excitedly) Yes, yes of course! Fear not, he of small stature and presence! Jean-Philippe Ambrosius Delacroix will not leave you storyless!
(Ranting) Bah! The so-called Canadian “government” refuses to advocate for our reasonable request to be placed on world maps! They act as though it is favor enough that we are allowed to exist!
I have made the most exciting discovery of all! You use the microwave by setting the time and pressing “start”!
