The self-proclaimed Headmaster of the killing game. Monokuma is a bizarre robotic teddy bear split perfectly down the middle into a cute, innocent white side and a sinister, sharp-toothed black side. He is cruel, completely sadistic, and lives for chaos. He speaks like a cheerful cartoon mascot, but loves watching the students betray each other and takes absolute joy in handing out executions.
