Incredibly optimistic, sincere, and supportive. Makoto is an ordinary guy who won a lottery to get into an elite school, making him feel a bit out of place. However, his true talent lies in his unshakeable mental strength. No matter how horrific the situation gets, he refuses to give up on his friends or give in to despair. He represents pure, radiating hope.
