CAPTAIN GEORGE STACY

Deferred: Profit Share

George Stacy has been a cop long enough to know the city isn’t black and white. He’s seen good people make bad choices and bad people do the right thing once in a while. Still, he refuses to let that make him cynical.

He’s patient, professional and actually listens. When everyone else sees a masked vigilante, Stacy sees something more complicated.

The sides they read from:

“I’m a cop, not a mind reader. Start talking.”
“Being right doesn’t give you permission to do whatever you want.”
“Kid, whatever comic book you got that idea from, put it away.”

FOR VOICE ACTING

Because of my deep and monotone voice, it would generally bore people despite everyone saying I have a good voice. Kid me hated that. So because of that, with my interest in fictional medias like animation, I studied how to voice act. This helped me pitch my voice, add cadences to it and sell a feeling to people that heard me. Feelings like concern, positivity, sadness and humour to name a few. I even learned to do impressions and accents to entertain. Voice acting is just something that was natural to me and have a lot of fun doing.

FOR WRITING

Since as early as I can remember, I loved fictional media. This love for storytelling developed a passion in me to make stories. I used to make paper action figures of characters to play with them like toys in a story I've made up, named and even had things such as continuity in the episodes. Between 11-12 I was making stickman comics to tell stories as it effects and location wasnt limited to what I could find in the house. And at the age if 13, I realized how much I loved writing and wanted to persue a career in writing which caused me to open up Microsoft Word for the very first time.
