The Narrator is charming, theatrical, intelligent, and deeply unsettling. He initially presents himself as a helpful guide through the dream world, speaking with warmth and confidence, but gradually becomes more controlling as Robert and Chris stop following the story he has planned. He rarely sounds openly angry. Even his threats are delivered with unnerving composure, like he already knows how everything ends. Evil occasionally.

Voice: Smooth, articulate, slightly theatrical. Calm authority rather than a stereotypical horror voice. Think friendly storyteller slowly revealing that he is absolutely not your friend.
