I love the little country accent you dropped in for Ez’s voice, this was lovely.
Thank you very much!!

Lead role:
Ez is the heart of the story--a six-year-old boy who has survived more than any child should. He was badly injured in a carpet bombing in the Badlands, suffering brain damage that should have killed him. Instead, he emerged with an unbreakable spirit, boundless curiosity, and a talent for
"juggling tractors" (a reference to his extraordinary resilience). He wears a raccoon-skin cap, orange goggles with yellow triangles, and a leather jacket covered in war souvenirs: bullet casings, shrapnel, a broken compass, and the R.V.A. insignia made from found objects.
Ez is irrepressible, unfiltered, and sees the world through pure wonder. He asks the questions adults are afraid to ask. He gives the Mayor a bubble pipe to help him quit smoking and writes a card that makes the 92-year-old leader weep. He rides a massive black horse named Tiny Dancer into battle against a mech suit and saves a woman's life. He is brave beyond reason, kind without calculation, and completely unafraid of his own joy.
Demo Lines:
"I'm six years old, ya hear me! I don't need a super to get around this city. I can take care of myself. No problem."
"I could fight a million aliens all day. With no sleep. And I'd still have energy to fight a million more the next day."
"Midsize Sedan! Stop peeing already! I'm so sorry, ma'am, I'm so sorry, he doesn't usually-| mean, he DOES usually, actually, he does this a lot, but I didn't think he would--I'm SORRY!"
"When it's your time to go and see Mr. Ezekiel and Mr. Williams, I'II be sad. Because you seem like a nice guy."
"I can't remember him. That's why. He was the leader of the RVA before Vex Barrow was. Johnny and Dale said he was always at home, but... maybe he was busy. Maybe that's why I don't remember him."
"Look at all of them! This country is so much cooler than the Badlands! In the Badlands, everybody points at everybody. It's, like, the national sport."
"I got you. I got you. You're okay. You're okay now."
"When I grow up, I want to be like you. I want to run a country where people smile even when they are scared."
