I'm using Audacity, it's free, All I do is duplicate my voice line twice so I have three of the same voice clip over each other. then I pitch them down by -2. on the first clip do it once, with the second clip do it twice, and on the third clip do it three times. I don't talk in a regular voice I make it a little raspy and deepen my voice a little. Hope this helps!
