I'm looking for somebody with a heavy Australian accent who can both sound friendly and aggressive between two different lines.

"Friendly" voice-wise, try thinking somebody with a bit of a deep sound to their voice, think the Australian Seymour and Chalmers from the "Steamed Hams but it's the Australian Dub" (EXPLICIT LANGUAGE WARNING IF YOU SEARCH IT UP).
