Looking for some range here. All are on the gruff side , but the doctor will be more intellectual, the arms dealer with a draw, and Salini as a sleazy smoker. Possibly another small one liner from other roles.

Voice description:

male senior
gruff

The sides they read from:

(Doctor) Oh, no. You aren’t going anywhere, young man. The police will have some questions for you soon. Besides, we must hold you to monitor... your head wound.
(Arms Dealer) Sure is a lot of firepower. Ain’t you just a pickup guy or somethin’?
(Salini) I'm sorry. I have lots of guys killed for money. You’re going to have to be a little more specific, boy.
