Character Overview

-A ancient male raven named “Memory”.
-Memory is an ancient spirit that takes the form of a white raven. Hunched, old, and weathered. He is ancient and all knowing as he has witnessed everything that has ever happened. He is apathetic to the pain and suffering of others. He represents the past and the Truth.  He is the stories antagonist but he isnt inherently cruel or evil.

-His voice is heard telepathically in the minds of other characters. Often overlaid with their own voices expressing doubts. His voice is the lingering truth in the back of our mind we dont want to acknowledge.
-The Raven serves as a guide through a world filled with forgotten history and uncertain truths. Though often composed and authoritative, there is an underlying sense of mystery and emotional complexity.

-We're looking for a distinctive, mature male voice with strong control over pacing, tone, and emotional restraint.

-The performance should feel intelligent, deliberate, and slightly otherworldly without becoming a stereotypical villain or an exaggerated fantasy narrator. Be mindful to use pauses and draw out words deliberately and unrushed.

-The Raven should be capable of delivering cryptic observations, quiet warnings, and revealing the vulnerability of others.

-Dialog is directed at the other characters like the fox and Eona.

Accent
The game takes place in the far north in a fictional region inspired by Iceland. The accent should match. We are open to natural, subtle Nordic or neutral English performances. Or perhaps mildly Slavic or something obscure. This character predates culture and should feel more ancient than any culture. He should not have a distinct accent.

Scope
Approximately 1-2 hours of recording anticipated, subject to final script and casting.
