About the Character
The Neighbor lives close to the player's house and occasionally comes to the player's door.
At first, he seems like a normal and friendly neighbor who simply wants to talk or ask for a small favor.
However, as the story continues, the Neighbor may know more about the strange events happening around the player's house than he initially admits.

Voice Direction
I'm looking for a natural adult male voice.
The Neighbor should sound like an ordinary person talking to someone who lives nearby. His voice should feel friendly and casual at first, but the actor should also be able to sound worried, nervous, or serious when the story becomes more mysterious.

2. “Have you heard anything strange coming from this house lately?”

What I'm Looking For
Professional voice acting experience is not required.
I'm mainly looking for someone who can deliver the dialogue naturally and show different emotions when needed.
A good microphone and clear audio are preferred.
