This voice is pretty good and more in line with what I want Kiyoto to sound like. If I had one thing to say, It'd be try to give it a bit more emotion with the lines. Other than that, I applaud you.

Kiyoto (real name Adrien Sardow) is a college age kaijuite known for his hobby of crossdressing. He once lived on his home planet, Planet Kaiju, but has since escaped to Planet CrissCross where he is staying with Rachel.
